Usage

  • Plan tasks, appointments, and reminders in a unified workspace.
  • Calendar view highlights busy days and upcoming deadlines.
  • Lists support sorting by due date, priority, and category.
  • Categories are created automatically when referenced in new entries.
  • Start time tracking sessions straight from a task (in development).

Data model (planned)

  • Core tables: tasks, appointments, categories, reminders.
  • Relations: taskstime_entries (1:n), tasks ↔ notes (n:m planned).
  • Categories stored as reference entities with colour and icon metadata.

Synchronisation

  • Fully usable offline with Drift/Hive persistence.
  • Membership sync will encrypt tasks, appointments, reminders, and categories.
  • Conflict handling: last write wins with revision history on the roadmap.

Roadmap

  • Complete appointment detail editing (title, due date, priority, category).
  • Add dedicated category management and colour selection.
  • Integrate deeper time tracking flows with running timers.
  • Improve notifications, recurring patterns, and smart suggestions.
